On fashion Bloggers and Putting on Make Up on Myself

It was a pretty boring Monday, I was too lazy to do anything so I just browsed anything in the web, checked facebook and searched for some interesting summer trends til I found the fab local fashion blogs. The blogs were all eye candy, I spent almost 5 hours going back and forth from one blog to another. Here's a list of my favorites;

I soo adore how well they dress up and how they can  pull off outfits I never thought would look great. Looking at their photographs made me inspired to make my own fashion blog. But.. I can't even maintain this one blog so what makes creating another one any different (my idea totally contradicting myself)? Oh well, maybe I'll have more time soon (hopeful)..

Anyway, because I was getting computer eye strains already I had to force myself to stand up and do something else (one boring day, I know). And because I haven't really practiced  after I took lessons on basic make up, I put out my make up and brushes and started painting my face. In all fairness, I was surprised I turned out pretty so I guess I've learned something from that make up class after all.:-)

So that's my one boring Monday,  a day that ended up not so boring anymore..

Manila Bay (Early) dinner Cruise - 60's Style

I got 10 Cruise Vouchers from http://www.pakyaw.com.ph/ thinking I could celebrate my 29th birthday with my closest friends cruising Manila Bay. Regular cruise price at P500 and pakyaw.com offered at 60% off so it was worth the buy. Due to time constraint though, I pushed the plan back. It was in January (when the validity of the vouchers are about to expire) when we decided to do it - taking the earliest schedule so we'll be on board when the sun sets.

Because I love themes, I imposed that we dress up 1960's style. And so we did.. I wasn't expecting that it'll be so grand with the 1 hour tour and set dinner. But, it's not everyday that we get to have dinner in a cruise ship while watching a beautiful sunset so I shall say the P188/pax was worth it.

You may check Sun Cruises for the daily schedule or call (632) 834-6857 to 58 or 527-5555
